Why is Luna giving me the runaround.
They have been giving me the runaround since last year on my floor and I can’t seem to get anything done we paid a lot of money for Quality flooring and All I am getting is flop sweat I finally got an inspector to come look at my floor and he was a really nice guy and took a lot of pictures and I was told that someone would be calling me back tomorrow and I can schedule for them to come fix the problem by replacing the bad spots I don’t want they I want them to replace all of the floor I was told by the salesman that my floor was scratch proof that it would not scratch and the installer was a professional and I can tell you that it was not professionally installed I want them to fix the problem at hand. When I first called about the problem with my floor they were supposed to send the inspector but they sent the same one that installed it and he would not leave till I signed a paper stating that I was satisfied with the floor and that he spoke good English after I told the person at Luna he didn’t speak good English because they called him down for it the installer that was here was a big guy and he was intimidating to me so I didn’t want a Problem with him so I called customer service and they then asked him to leave I want someone to replace my whole floor and get some money back for the mistakes Made and my time spent waiting many times on them to come out or return a call
